1. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

- After 1 Hour: Orders cannot be canceled once more than 1 hour has passed since placement, as we begin processing and personalization immediately.
Note: If your order has already entered the production or shipping phase, cancellation will not be possible.
2. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been personalized or once production has started.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only if:
- The product is defective (e.g., manufacturing flaws, broken parts).
- The product is damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence).
- There was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect personalization details).
- Refund Process:
- For Defective or Damaged Products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We may request the return of the item for verification.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
3. Returns and Exchanges
- Personalized Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless they are defective or incorrect.
