1. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us at printintbusiness@gmail.com or call us at- +91-9319836122 with your order details.
  • After 1 Hour: Orders cannot be canceled once more than 1 hour has passed since placement, as we begin processing and personalization immediately.

Note: If your order has already entered the production or shipping phase, cancellation will not be possible.

 

2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been personalized or once production has started.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only if:
    • The product is defective (e.g., manufacturing flaws, broken parts).
    • The product is damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence).
    • There was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect personalization details).
  • Refund Process:
    • For Defective or Damaged Products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We may request the return of the item for verification.
    • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

 

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • Personalized Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Non-Personalized Products: Returns and exchanges may be accepted for non-personalized items within [Insert Return Period, e.g., 14 days] from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
